Refund & Return Policy

At Grabit, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we have strict return guidelines to maintain hygiene and product integrity.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

The product is in resellable condition with no signs of tampering.

We do not accept returns if:

The product has been opened, the bottle seal/tab is broken, or any amount has been used.

The product was purchased on clearance or marked “Final Sale.”


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at grabit316@gmail.com with:

Your order number

Reason for return

Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


4. Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Send us photos showing the issue.

We’ll send a replacement or process a full refund.


5. Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
